Spirituality and Adjustment among Youth - A Sociological Analysis

Religion and spirituality are an important aspect of social life. In today’ S ever changing world young adults face various challenges in terms of physical, mental health and social adjustment. As defined by many thinkers’ religion is the source of morality and support in a society. In this era of materialism, spirituality comes as a huge support. With the help of interview schedule and conducting survey on 20 years adults aged 18-30 years, who actively engage in spirituality, this present study tried to find out the impact of spirituality in overall quality of life and social adjustment among youth.
