Abstract

Islamic terrorism, supported by Pakistan's intelligence agency (ISI), has now assumed a global dimension, with India being one of the most affected nations. For India, this poses a significant challenge, as it is a secular nation home to people of various castes and religions. The spread of terrorism has been heavily influenced by Islamic extremism and ISI's central role. They continue to adhere to century-old policies, fostering an atmosphere of terror worldwide with the ambition of establishing Islamic nations and disregarding other religions. In this context, they promote divisions based on religion, caste, and regional differences, creating an environment of terror and taking the lives of innocent people through various means. They display no regard for humanity, leading to a situation of heightened tensions between people and nations.

Abstract in Hindi Language: पाकिस्तान खुफिया एजेन्सी (आई.एस.आई.) द्वारा पोषित इस्लामिक आतंकवाद ने आज के समय में विश्वस्तरीय रूल ले लिया है, भारत उनमें सबसे पीड़ित राष्ट्रों में एक है। भारत के लिए यह प्रमुख चुनौतियों में से एक है, क्योंकि भारत एक धर्म निरपेक्ष राष्ट्र है जहाँ पर विभिन्न जाति, धर्म के लोग रहते है। आतंकवाद के प्रसार में इस्लामिक कट्टरपंथी व आई.एस.आई. की अहम् भूमिका रही है वे आज भी शताब्दी पुरानी नीतियों पर चलने के लिए आतंक का माहौल विश्व भर में फैलाने का कार्य कर रहे हैं तथा उनका एक वृत्ति इस्लामिक राष्ट्र बनाने की महत्वकांक्षा है। साथ ही अन्य धर्मों को ना देखने की चाहत है। ऐसी स्थिति में वह धर्म, जाति, क्षेत्रीय अलगाव आदि को बढ़ावा देकर आतंक का माहौल बना रहे है तथा निर्दोष लोगों की विभिन्न माध्यमों से जान ले रहे है। उन्हें मानवता से कुछ सरोकार नहीं है। ऐसी स्थिति में लोगों व राष्ट्रों के मध्य तनाव की स्थिति बन जाती है।
