Abstract

The presented research article investigates the participation of Dalit women in the politics of Bihar from different dimensions. In the decade of 80s, women in Bihar were conducting an organized and widespread movement against the increasing incidents of feudal exploitation, oppression, rape, dowry deaths. Politicization of women was also taking place in the course of these women's movement. She was beginning to understand the inequalities of class, caste and gender and was uniting women.

प्रस्तुत शोध आलेख बिहार की राजनीति में दलित महिलाओं कि भागीदारी को विभिन्न आयामों से पड़ताल करता है.80 के दशक में बिहार में महिलाएं सामंती शोषण, दमन, बलात्कार, दहेज़ हत्याओं की बढती घटनाओं के खिलाफ संगठित और व्यापक रूप से आन्दोलन चला रही थी | इन महिला आन्दोलन के क्रम में ही महिलाओं का राजनीतिकरण भी हो रहा था | वे वर्ग, जाति और जेंडर की असमानताओं को समझने लगी थी और महिलाओं को एकजुट कर रही थीं |
