Abstract

Education is a fundamental aspect of development, playing a pivotal role in the social, economic and political growth of individuals and societies. It equips individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies to improve their quality of life and contributed meaningfully to their communities. Education promotes economic development by fostering a skilled workforce that can innovate and adapt to changing job markets. It also supports social development by promoting equality, reducing poverty and enhancing social cohesion. Moreover, education is critical for the development of democratic societies, as it empowers individuals to participate in civic activities and make informed decision. Overall, education serves as a cornerstone for sustainable development, driving progress and fostering a more equitable and prosperous world.
