This study aims to assess the awareness level of tourists regarding the services provided by travel agencies in the popular hill destinations of Shimla and Manali in Himachal Pradesh. A sample of 500 respondents was collected from tourists visiting these locations. The findings indicate that male tourists exhibit a higher level of awareness about travel agency services compared to their female counterparts. Additionally, the majority of respondents belong to the undergraduate education level, with fewer responses from individuals holding postgraduate or doctoral qualifications. The results suggest that targeted awareness initiatives and enhanced digital outreach could help bridge the knowledge gap and encourage broader utilization of travel agency services among all tourist segments.
