Workplace stress has become a major concern in modern organizations due to increasing workloads, technological advancements and changing work environments. It affects employees’ physical health, psychological well-being and overall organizational productivity. This seminar paper aims to explore the concept of workplace stress, its causes, theoretical frameworks, effects on employees and organizations and effective strategies for managing stress. The study highlights both individual and organizational approaches to stress management and emphasizes the need for proactive interventions to create a healthy work environment.
