Abstract

This study explores the dimensions of organizational justice and their impact on employees’ perceptions of fairness within the workplace. Using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the research confirmed the suitability of the data, as indicated by a high Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value and a significant Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity. After addressing multicollinearity, thirteen items were retained for analysis. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with Varimax rotation extracted three distinct factors explaining 77.22% of the total variance: Procedural Justice – Flawless and Ethical Procedures, Distributive Justice – Outcomes Justifying Performance, and Informational Justice – Supervisory Support. Procedural justice emerged as the most influential dimension, highlighting the importance of consistent, unbiased, and ethical procedures. Distributive justice emphasized fair outcomes aligned with employee contributions, while informational justice underscored the critical role of supervisors in providing clear and adequate communication. The findings suggest that perceptions of organizational justice are shaped by fair processes, equitable rewards, and effective supervisory communication, offering a robust framework for enhancing workplace fairness and organizational practices.
