Abstract

In the presented research article, the concept of values, their classification and their development through the educational process has been reviewed. Literature review has been used as the study method and various online and offline sources have been used to collect literature. A comparative review of literature was used as a method of analysis. On the basis of content analysis, it can be concluded that values are the preferences necessary for a person's decision which are related to his interests and needs. The concept of values is multidimensional and it is related to all aspects of life like social, political, economic, moral etc. Besides, the multidimensional approach of classification of values relates values to all aspects of life like social, political, economic, moral etc. The concept of value development can be successfully implemented through value based education. It can be done by giving priority to reinforcement, free choice and consciousness and using methods like meditation, value clarification, visual perception, role playing, storytelling, anecdotes, group singing and dance etc. and friendly behavior of the teacher.

प्रस्तुत शोध आलेख में मूल्यों की संकल्पना, इनके वर्गीकरण एवं शैक्षिक प्रक्रिया द्वारा इनके विकास की समीक्षा की गई है। अध्ययन विधि के रूप में साहित्यिक समीक्षा का प्रयोग किया गया है एवं साहित्य संकलन के लिए विभिन्न आॅनलाइन एवं आॅफलाइन स्रोतों का प्रयोग किया गया है। विश्लेषण विधि के तौर पर साहित्य की तुलनात्मक समीक्षा की गई। विषयवस्तु विश्लेषण के आधार पर निष्कर्ष स्वरूप कहा जा सकता है कि मूल्य किसी व्यक्ति के निर्णय के लिए आवश्यक वरीयताएं है जो कि उसकी रुचियों तथा आवश्यकताओं से सम्बन्धित होती हैं। मूल्यों की संकल्पना बहुआयामी है तथा यह जीवन के सामाजिक, राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, नैतिक आदि सभी पक्षों से सम्बन्धित होती है। साथ ही मूल्यों के वर्गीकरण का बहुआयामी दृष्टिकोण मूल्यों को जीवन के सामाजिक, राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, नैतिक आदि सभी पक्षों से सम्बन्धित करता है। मूल्य विकास की धारणा को मूल्य आधारित शिक्षा के अन्तर्गत, पुनर्बलक, स्वतंत्र चयन और चेतना को प्राथमिकता देकर, ध्यान, मूल्य स्पष्टीकरण, दृश्य प्रत्यक्षीकरण, भूमिका निर्वहन, कहानी कथन, उपाख्यान, सामूहिक गायन तथा नृत्य आदि विधियों के प्रयोग एवं शिक्षक के मित्रवत् व्यवहार के द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक मूर्त रूप प्रदान किया जा सकता है।
