This research study 341 articles from Web of Science, along with a co-citation analysis to reveal the theoretical underpinnings of research on management policies related to labor mobility across economic sectors and this topic trends in this area cover various aspects, including the impact of labor migration, such as wages, geography, labor market supply and demand in the specific region, property rights, and government policies related to managing labor migration across countries.
