Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between internal training programs and labor productivity across Vietnam's 10 largest industrial zones. By applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the research identifies direct and indirect effects of training frequency, financial investment, and program relevance on workforce output. The findings provide valuable insights into the strategic importance of human capital investment for industrial competitiveness. Policy recommendations are offered to optimize training practices tailored to specific sectors.
