Abstract

This study explores the impact of Home Science education on promoting entrepreneurship among rural women by providing them with knowledge and practical skills in areas such as food preservation, textile production, handicrafts, and nutrition-based enterprises. Through skill-based training, financial literacy, and resource management, Home Science education enables women to start small businesses, generate income, and contribute to household economic stability. Additionally, the study highlights the challenges faced by rural women, including limited access to financial resources and markets, and suggests strategies for overcoming these barriers. The findings underscore the significance of integrating Home Science education with entrepreneurship development programs to enhance rural women's socio-economic status and promote sustainable livelihoods.
