Abstract

Several studies have been conducted on job satisfaction of employees in various organizations. The generalizability of these findings is restricted to the target organizations only. Therefore, it is a need to conduct the research on specific institution for their SWOT analysis. Effect of gender on Job satisfaction level shows varied results. AISHE data of 2019-20 shows 74 female teachers on per 100 male teachers are working in higher educational institutes. So, the survey results show a prominent representation of both genders, which makes it important to study this demographic variable. Present study aims to find the effect of gender on job satisfaction of teachers working in Govt and Pvt College. Study was administered in Delhi-NCR. 200 teachers were selected from Govt and Pvt Degree colleges. Findings were statistical established by performing descriptive analysis and ANOVA.
