The importance of women is depicted not only in great epics but also in the Vedas, Puranas, Shastras, dramas, prose and poetry compositions, essays, literary works, and art forms. It is said that the universe originates from women and is completed by women (Manusmriti 3.56).
This world, created through women, is also made complete through them. Even God required a woman to incarnate on Earth; hence women are vital and indispensable in human life. The honor and dignity of women have never been compromised. Women have always been worthy of respect and will continue to be so. The greatness of women has been glorified by numerous sages, saints, and spiritual leaders who have nurtured exemplary women, preventing countless souls from wandering in the cycle of 8.4 million species, and elevated them through devotion, remembrance, and spiritual practices.India is blessed by such women who have gifted invaluable contributions to the nation. All female figures are worthy of immense reverence for their role in enriching Indian culture and heritage.

Abstract in Gujarati Language: નારીઓનું મહાત્યમ ફક્ત મહા કાવ્યોમાં જ નહિ પરંતુ વેદો, પૂરાણો, શાસ્ત્રો , નાટકો, ગદ્ય- પદ્ય રચનાઓ, નિબંધો, કવિતાઓ અને કલા જેવા દરેક ક્ષેત્રોમાં પણ દર્શાવેલ છે. નારીથી જ ઉત્પતિ અને નારીથી જ સમાપન તેમ કહેવામાં આવે છે કે, ( મનુસ્મૃતિ ૩.૫૬)
નારીથી ઉત્પન્ન થયેલ આ દુનિયા નારીથી જ સંપૂર્ણ છે, તેમ પણ કહી શકાય. ભગવાનને પૃથ્વી પર અવતરિત થવા માટે પણ જો એક સ્ત્રીની જરૂર પડતી હોય તો માનવી તો સામાન્ય છે. નારીના માન અને સન્માનને ક્યારેય પણ ઠેસ પહોચાડવામાં આવતી નથી. નારી સન્માનને પાત્ર હતી, છે અને હમેશા સન્માનને પાત્ર બની રહેશે. નારીની ગરિમાને ઉજાગર કરે છે અનેક મહાન ઋષીઓ, સંતો, મહંતો કે જેઓએ ઉત્તમ નારીની કુખે જન્મ લઇ આ ધરતી પર અનેક જીવોને ૮૪ લાખ યોનીમાં જતા અટકાવી તેવા અનેક પવિત્ર આત્માઓને ભજન – સ્મરણ થકી બ્રહ્મલીન થઇ ઉચ્ચ કોટીએ પહોચાડેલ છે. ધન્ય છે એવી સન્નારીઓને જેમણે આપણા ભારત દેશને અમૂલ્ય રત્ન સમાન અનેક વિભૂતિઓની ભેટ આપી. ભારત વર્ષને ગૌરવ પ્રદાન કરવા બદલ સર્વે નારી પાત્રોને કોટી કોટી વંદન.
